Route surveys & civil works
We carry out right-of-way (ROW) topographic work, site preparation, topsoil removal, trench excavation, padding and backfilling. Survey information supports construction planning and as-built records.
Pipe handling & welding
Our scope includes pipe stringing, bending, double jointing, manual and automatic welding, welding procedure development, preheating and stress relief. The welding method is selected to suit the project specification.
Inspection & protective coating
We support non-destructive testing using radiography and ultrasonic inspection, together with grit blasting, shrink-wrap protection, coating, painting and related surface preparation.
Testing, commissioning & rehabilitation
Services include pipeline testing, commissioning support, internal cleaning, intelligent pigging, pipe replacement and repairs. Method statements, hazard analysis and HSE work practices are part of execution planning.
